Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CST) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and external factors beyond our control.

Important Shipping Information

  • We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, natural disasters, or other events outside our control
  • Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier constitutes proof of delivery
